Contact GolfGlade
GolfGlade is a small, independent, ad-supported site — there is no support team standing by, but a real person reads what comes in to support@golfglade.com.
A few things this address is genuinely useful for: a calculator that gave you a result you think is wrong (say which tool — the handicap calculator, club distance chart, swing speed distance calculator, shot dispersion calculator, pace of play calculator, or Stableford scorer— and what you entered); a tool you wish existed on the site; an out-of-date fact or broken link in the blog, learn section, or the Golf Heritage Gallery; or a bug in how a page looks or behaves on your device.
There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If a question is really about the official Rules of Golf, an exact handicap-index calculation, or a course-rating dispute, your national golf association, your club’s handicap committee, or the course pro shop will have a more authoritative answer than this site can give; GolfGlade’s tools produce general estimates for practice and planning, not official handicap records or rulings, and the site isn’t affiliated with the USGA, The R&A, or any club or tour.
Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the numbers you entered — scores, course ratings and slopes, swing speeds, or handicap strokes are the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
